Custom Snack Bag is a service that helps you create your own branded snack products. You share your idea with us, and we take care of the design, sourcing, printing, filling, and packaging — delivering a ready-to-sell product.

What can I put in my custom snack bags?

We offer a variety of filler options, including:

  • Candy bars
  • Chocolates
  • Lollipops
  • Toys
  • Corn puffs (in their original packaging)
  • Chips (in their original packaging)

If you have something specific in mind, just reach out! For example, we can create the packaging, fill it with corn puffs, and even add a toy.

Can I include my own branding or logo?

Yes! We specialize in creating snack bags that reflect your brand. We’ll work with you to make sure your logo and design elements are properly placed.

Do I need to have a finished design?

Not at all! Whether you have a full design, a rough sketch, or just an idea, our team will work with you to bring your vision to life.

Can I put different types of snacks in one bag?

No problem! We can create assorted snack bags with a mix of products (like candy bars + chips + toys). Just let us know what you’d like included.

How do I get started?

Can I see a sample before placing a full order?

Yes, we offer sample packs! You can request a custom sample using your own design and selected items.

Custom samples do come at a cost, as they require setup and materials. This is a great way to test and refine your packaging before committing to a full run.

What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our minimums depend on your design and materials, but we generally require a minimum of about 2 kg worth of print material to begin production.

For example, very small bags (like 10x10 cm) may need to be ordered in higher quantities to meet this threshold. Send us your idea or design details, and we’ll provide a tailored quote that fits your project scope.

How long does the process take?

The full process typically takes 6–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design, the materials needed, and the order size.

Here’s a rough breakdown of the timeline:

  • Quotes: 10–15 business days
  • Production (after payment): Printing and sourcing take around 10 business days each
  • Packaging and assembly: 10–20 business days

For larger orders, we may ship in multiple batches. We also offer smaller test runs, but please note: for sample runs, there’s a minimum print cost, so these are billed in phases.

When and how do I pay for my custom order?

Once we finalize your order details, we’ll send you an invoice. The payment schedule—whether in full or in parts—will be agreed upon in advance, depending on your order size and scope. You’ll receive a corresponding invoice for each payment stage.

Can I cancel my order after payment?

Because we begin production shortly after payment, custom orders cannot be canceled once payment is processed.

For installment plans, if you decide not to complete the remaining payments, please note that previous installments are non-refundable, as materials and work will have already been committed based on your order.

Are payments refundable?

Because all products are custom-made to your specifications, payments are non-refundable once processing begins.

If, for any reason, we’re unable to complete your order, we will issue a refund.

Do you accept returns on custom orders?

We cannot accept returns on custom orders. Since the products are tailored to your brand and cannot be resold, all sales are final once production has started.

Do you handle shipping?

Yes. We ship your fully packaged snack kits directly to you or to your fulfillment center — ready for resale or distribution.

What if something happens during shipping?

We take great care in packaging your order, but once it leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or delays in transit.

If you’d like to add shipping insurance for extra peace of mind, we’re happy to help arrange it.Insurance is available at an additional cost, which will depend on the total value of your order, the number of shipments, and the distance of transit.
